For the safety and satisfaction of all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any candy or food items once they have left our facility. Because our products are edible and perishable, we’re unable to resell or reuse returned goods.
We take food safety seriously and ensure that every order is freshly packed and quality-checked before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
